  • Logo & Branding Feedback: Worked with designers on creating logos for both Agora Tec and Smartview+, providing feedback on design elements that communicated the brands' IT focus.

  • Web Development Collaboration: Led the review of web design for both brands, ensuring that Smartview+ was integrated seamlessly into the new Agora Tec site while maintaining a clear sub-brand identity.

  • Google Ads & SEO Strategy: Managed advertising efforts for both Agora Tec and Smartview+, creating targeted ad campaigns that addressed the distinct audiences of both brands.

Introduction

As the Digital Marketing Specialist at Agora Tec, I was entrusted with leading the company's complete rebranding from Smartcom, a mobile phone retailer, to Agora Tec, a full-service IT solutions provider for businesses. My role as Project Lead required strategic oversight, creative input, and close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure a successful brand transformation. This also included managing the transition of Smartview+, a sub-brand offering complementary IT and data management services.
