The Challenge
With over 100 salespeople in the field, Mohawk Rubber Sales relies on hard copy flyers to showcase products and promotions. The company’s main website was slow to load, non-responsive on mobile devices, and cumbersome for salespeople. Additionally, Mohawk Rubber Sales managed 15 customer-specific B2B websites, offering tailored trade rates and inventory. However, sales reps and customers struggled with the inconvenience of not being able to place orders via mobile, especially when away from their computers.

The Solution
To address these issues, I designed a mobile app tailored to the needs of the sales team and their B2B customers. Key features included:
